It will soon be fall here in Wisconsin.
I love the feel and smell of leaves crushing beneath my feet.
Best time of year here.
Some hate fall, thinking it is about death, coming of the cold.
I think of it as rebirth, one has to let go before something new will come your way.
Cindy I love the autumn as we call it over here! I don't like the fact that the nights are drawing in now which means less time to be out in the evenings but this is compensated by the fact that we have the glorious colours of autumn, the deer rut and birds flying here for the winter, I just wish the days could be longer to enjoy it all!
ReplyDeleteI love the autumn too Cindy for all sorts of reasons: the warm flame golden colour of the trees, all the gorgeous colours of the pumpkins and squashes, for the migrating birds that come to the UK then, for the cosy snuggling up feeling we get in front of a fire or coming in from the rain, for the glow of inviting amber lights from houses as we walk passed on a cold wet evening, etc. So I suppose it depends what your slant is in life as to how you read the seasons. I actually just love them all. Good Luck with your blog Cindy.
